Ahsan graduated with a BA from Texas A&M Mays Business School in 2018. While in college, Ahsan started working for a life insurance agency where he was consistently a top producer in the agency. Shortly after graduating, Ahsan became an owner/operator franchisee for Express Employment Professionals, a top 10 employment agency in the nation. He grew his business into two locations before selling at the end of 2022. Having spent his whole career in servicing clients and building/maintaining relationships, Ahsan knows what type of service is not only wanted but needed to help his clients succeed. In his time as partner at The Ace Group, Ahsan has helped multiple families and businesses protect their assets while delivering peace of mind.

Junaid is a native Texan who spent most of his life in Austin until he moved to Houston 15 years ago to join the family wholesale and distribution business, Jasmine Trading, Inc. Over the course of his time at Jasmine, he has overseen multiple departments including sales and operations. Most recently, he has been focusing on purchasing, where he partners in procuring new products and negotiating aggressive pricing to ensure sustainability and profitability, along with creating and maintaining relationships with vendors across the industry. Additionally, he has helped in the successful launch of multiple local retail stores over the years and an e-commerce business back in 2018. Junaid has a passion for customer service and has spent the majority of his career in the retail and service industries, so he has an understanding of what it means to put the customer first. He values building trusting relationships through his strong communication skills, excellent decision-making and supplying his customers with the knowledge to make the right insurance decisions to protect their assets and needs.

Shah started off as a consultant in New York, working with a variety of Fortune 500 companies to monitor their financial performance and shareholder activity. From there, he decided it was time to move back to Texas and help in running his family's wholesale business catering to nearby retailers. Along the way, he helped start up multiple successful discount stores in the greater Houston area and a thriving e-commerce business. Having spent all this time in retail and service industries, Shah knows firsthand how crucial it is to understand the wants and needs of customers. He puts a significant importance on the connection that's built with customers and looks forward to building new ones.
